These terms cover the Wyldor game, this website, the store and our Discord. By playing or buying anything you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Wyldor is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Jagex Ltd. RuneScape and Old School RuneScape are trademarks of Jagex Ltd. Contact: support@wyldor.org.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 to play. To buy anything you must be 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
- You're responsible for your account and its password. Accounts may not be shared, sold or lent.
- We license you to use your account and what's in it. Accounts, items and currencies are not your property and have no real-world value.
3. Virtual items
- Items, bonds, coins, blood money and every other in-game thing are part of the game, not money. They can't be exchanged for real money through us, and we never buy them back.
- Selling or buying in-game items or accounts for real money outside the store is against the rules.
- We may change, rebalance or remove game content, including items you have.
4. Purchases
- Store items are delivered to the in-game name you enter at checkout. Check it: we can't move a purchase to another account.
- By paying, you ask us to deliver straight away, and you agree that this ends your right to cancel once delivery starts.
- The refund policy explains what happens if something goes wrong.
- If a payment is reversed or charged back, the items bought with it are removed and the account may be locked.
5. Conduct and enforcement
You agree to the rules. We can mute, suspend or ban accounts that break them, with or without warning. A ban does not entitle you to a refund.
6. Service
The game is provided as it is, without guarantees of uptime or that it will keep running. Progress can be lost to bugs, rollbacks or outages. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when; continuing to play means you accept the new version.
